Martin is a Director of GreenGlass Consulting specialising in leadership and human capital.

He has commanded a Regiment in the Australian Army and has held a range of senior corporate positions as well as government roles. He has post graduate qualifications in leadership and management as well as a wide range of general qualifications in management, health and safety, training and project management.

Martin worked in the technology sector for six years as the National Operations Manager and Vice President of Professional Services. He specialises in a common sense practical approach to complex technology programs identifying what the essential business needs are. He has managed multimillion dollar technology projects in both the private sector and for Government.

As the Commanding Officer of Norforce, Martin developed a strong interest in achieving sustainable outcomes for Indigenous Australians. It is this desire that prompted Martin to establish GreenGlass Consulting.
